Basic Principles of the company in organising the execution of individual operations

In any activity pertinent to applying for public orders, we place maximum emphasis on close co-operation with the ordering firm and on thorough preparation of all the documents for the appropriate manner of application, i.e. from providing input data for an invitation of tenders to drafting and submitting complete documents for applying for public orders and/or a record of the public order to Act No. 199/94 of the Collection of Laws (Coll.) in the valid version. In any of these phases we deem it very important for any of the methods for applying for a public order exact specifications of all the data and documents for maximum safety of the ordering firm and its protection against contingent qualified objections on the part of unsuccessful tenderers.

In engineering activities we place a great emphasis on the thorough preparation of construction, i.e. from providing input data for the designer, through consistent review of particular degrees of the project documents, to turning over a construction site to the work builder. In any of the construction preparation phases, we consider very important detailed specifications to make contracts, exact and comprehensive formulations thereof, maximally specifying mutual relationships among the construction participants and averting the later disputes.

Accuracy and dependability are the properties, the observance of which we consider a basic precondition for good relations amongst the trade and work partners and that is why we precisely keep to fixed and promised deadlines. Any time delay affects not only us but also our clients. We focus on unequivocal fulfilment of any contract, commitment and conclusion following from the subject matter of our activities in order that the company name will enjoy a good reputation among our clients.

We have introduced a lucid system of filing all the written documents and project documents, inclusive of amendments thereof and contingent modifications of the work subject matter. We are able to organise all the required performance phases of engineering activities, to open negotiations concerning construction and to obtain the requisite statements and permits.

In regard to harmonisation of standards with the member states of the European Union and as a means to enhance quality of the quality system inside the company, the company management set out to introduce a quality control system. In October 1998 we entered into a contract for elaboration of the quality system project. The quality system was introduced in the company on 1. 6. 1999 and on 15. 9. 1999 the company received the quality control system certificate to ?SN EN ISO 9001 standard. In the course of October 2000, an external review was conducted in the company by an independent certification organ - an inspection for meeting validity conditions of an awarded certificate - verifying adherence to particular elements of the quality control system to ?SN EN 45 012 standard. A superintendence check-up resulted in saying that not even minor discrepancies were detected.

Since company employees have worked on sites in the centre of the city of Brno, we have acquired experience with constructing in densely built up areas with a number of often-unknown underground services. Therefore, building in such an area does not represent any problem for us. We are familiar in detail with problems arising from this fact, that is to say with both underground services that might appear in the conurbation and the process for dealing in single phases with their proprietors and administrators. Hence we perfectly know all the organs of the state administration and constituents thereof, inclusive of the scope of power allocation, a proceeding pending constructional negotiations and solving problems arisen during work execution. Experience acquired in this way may be applied without problems to any organs of the local administration and both a big conurbation and smaller residential towns and villages.

In any operation by our company we follow up the one goal - to respect the clients and users wishes and demands, to save finances as much as possible, to suitably assure conditions in contractual relations for the client and to mutually develop a quality work to serve the clients satisfaction over a long period of time.

Personnel for company operations

Currently, the company employs altogether 9 established specialists at worksites in Brno, B?eclav and Prague. It is self-evident to flexibly adapt the number of the companys other external co-workers so that the tasks we have assumed would always be fully fulfilled in time and at quality.

The principal qualifications to be met by each companys employee as well as an external co-worker are perfect organisational skill, the ability to deal with clients, independence in work organisation and extensive professional experience in the work of an investment technician. New employees are consistently checked on these skills and in case they fail, their activity at the company is terminated.

In work organisation, emphasis is placed on tackling tasks according to individual specialists with a personal responsibility while informing each other about problems in order to act as a substitute if need be.

The number of technical supervisions in the company is given by the number of construction sites while supervision on simple sites of small extent is supposed to be from time to time and surveillance on every larger and more demanding site.

In terms of the nature and extent of the order submitted to us by the investor, we provide qualified supervisions for technologic process deliveries according to character thereof.

For the supervision of expert professions we take advantage of occasional supervision of particular professions to be hired in the form of a secondary service or as a sub-supplier. For special professions we have a number of proved specialists for a successful co-operation in engineering activities.
